I found this site through a link from a fellow Bookcrossing member's "bookshelf"  and am glad to find another way to share books with other avid readers.   This is especially good since the books are going to people who are specifically  interested in reading them.

Having taken early retirement a while back, I have lots of time for reading, especially in the hot Phoenix summers.  But I do travel frequently, so will try to remember to mark my account when I am away for a week or two.  

Besides travel and reading - two hobbies which work well together - I spend time hanging out with my large, several-generation family; listening to music; going to concerts or to see theatre or film with friends; browsing galleries or museums; helping grandkids with homework; walking; and trying to keep up with current affairs without going crazy from the dismal state of public discourse.  Urban planning is a special interest and a hot topic wherever in the country I've lived.  So far, that's ten different states.
